TRUE/FALSE: iPod Adapter Incompatible with SIRIUS Equipped Mini's?

Hello. Somewhere in the back of my mind I thought that I'd read if you have the SIRIUS setup then you can't add the iPod adapter.

I was planning on ordering my new MCS with the Audio Package AND the iPod adapter AND the nav system. Ultimately if I have the choose, I'll skip the satellite radio, but I'd rather have both.

Thanks for all help and information.

Post edited - wrong section. You should be able to have both iPod and Sirius from MINI.

Are we talking 2nd gen MINIs here? If so, then I believe that the iPod adapter will indeed work with the factory Sirius. No???

Also, as far as I was aware, the DICE doesn't work with 2nd gen MINIs. I'm confused by Tom's reply???

Dice does not - post was edited before your reply. Contact either Crevier or Irvine MINI and they will be able to tell you right away.

Just to confirm, yes this is a 2nd generation MINI.

Sounds like both will work. Sweet!

As of yesterday I have both dealer-installed. Both work well, and sound great using the SatNav display.
