I've finally narrowed down my aftermarket gps choices to:
Garmin c550 versus Tom Tom 510

Your thoughts?

 

I know that probably you've done lots of research, but have you considered the nuvi 360?

 

uvi 360 is a little smaller and has a few less features

 

I've got the 910 and love it, not too much different than the 510, Ozzy even tells me to take the f****in motorway

 

I have the 550 and it works like a charm...it has the traffic report thing included in the box, which I don't believe the TomTom does. It has great features, built in bluetooth, can play music, and has been very accurate in terms of giving directions and predicting arrival time.

 

Go for the garmin. I have the Nuvi 350, and it works great. It will find satellites while inside the house.
