Audio Help!

Well, Im going to order my second Mini in July. Im looking to order an '07 Cabrio. The thing is that I travel a lot and need certain things. I need navigation (use it atleast 3-4 times a week at minimum), I also need hands free calling, and Id also like some rear seat entertainment. (Dont need it but it would be nice for the back seaters If I have them.) So here are my questions for all you tech. specialists.

1. Should I go with Factory Navigation or Aftermarket?

2. Would the DVD headrests and the DVD player work even if I have factory Navi or would it interfere.

The second route I was thinking about was to take my Nuvi 350, get the Mini wiring kit and hardwire it to my stock system. So I can use the navi and bluetooth through the stock HU. Then just add my headrests and wire the DVD that way and some how link it as well to the stock unit.

As you can tell Im not much of an audio genius and any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You All!
