Like the title says, is anyone here in middle Tennessee think of attending MINIs Take The States? One of the legs starts in Atlanta and goes through Knoxville.

I've got to check with the wife but maybe head down there Friday afternoon, join up with the rally Saturday morning. Motor up to Knoxville and stay Saturday night. Not sure how far I want to go on Sunday, but want to return back home sometime Sunday afternoon.

I think it would be fun to get together with all those MINI owners for a drive.

We're supposed to have a meet and greet/car wash/breakfast here at the dealership that morning, then a rally over to Knoxville.

 

Now that sounds like something I could do. Gonna take the "scenic route" to Knoxville? One of those that we are not supposed to video?
BTW, was doing some video this weekend with a buddy and he was using his motion pro camera to get the cool shots. Having been through the experience, I can say, never mount the camera on the front bumber. The little bugger has not been seen since.

 

Always, always, always tether your camera... Sorry you left it on the road for somebody else or a bear.

Might try claiming on your insurance too.

Anywho - the route is under review and we hope to post it up soon. Getting stickers done ASAP and other goodies in line.
