We'd left Saturday before Fountains of Wayne was to appear. Went back to Providence and met our daughter Victoria at a bar-be-que party thrown by her belly-dance instructor. Then we took her out to dinner because she'd invited us to sleep at her apartment during MTTS. We went back Sunday morning and Pat and Victoria test-drove MCS auto trannies.

Fountains of Wayne was pretty good. Their music was much better than I expected. I was afraid it'd be all teeny-bopper stuff like Stacy's Mom, but it turns out every other song on their album is better. I ended up buying the CD and getting it autographed to give to my 9 year old nephew, but not before I had a chance to rip it.
MOT was a blast, much more festive and intimate than MTTS. I can't wait to do that one again next year!

Boston MTTS 2008 Images

I finally got the pictures developed from the Boston MTTS 2008.
The images are in my gallery. Some are color and some are blach & white (didn't realize I loaded B&W film, can you tell I'm a rookie photographer)
