2005 U.S. Grand Prix Refund

I just got this news and I can't wait to tell everyone that Michelin is going to refund U.S. Grand Prix tickets. The tire company also plans to buy 20,000 tickets for next year. (Link to the news) (another local news) I wonder who are the people get the next year tickets...

Sounds to me like a 20,000 seat pay off in exchange for Michelin to continue as a tire supplier next year....
