I found this from another site and found this to be very informative as to what REALLY is the case on the Dragon non-Event. This person obviously has a bit more knowledge then the kids that are trying to ruin everyone's good time. Again I say keep your mouth shut if your not going to participate. Why ruin it for the people that just want to have fun.

I am a Judge, and am completely amazed at how far this subject has been taken. This event is an unorganized, unsanctioned "get-together" of individuals that have a common interest. You are taking the law completely out of context. The "events" that would require insurance, would be the likes of concerts, races, sporting events, festivals...this list goes on. Take a look at some similar factors in the above references. They all happen at a "private" or leased "space" - In most cases, you will pay an entrance fee or there will be vendors on site that have paid the organizer of the event and to which you will also be paying. There are many other instances that seperate the Dragon from organized events.
Honestly I would have thought that someone would have refuted these unsubstantiated remarks by now. If you (the originater of said remarks) were just trying to encite confusion and dismay, congratulations. But now, it's over and everyone is (I hope) beginning to understand that you were pulling something (obviously NOT your head) out of your backside.
