Any MUTA for 2008?

From what I understand MUTA is being held, but it is more informal than it was last year. There is a thread at miniutah.com about this currently, so feel free to check the forums on that site for the latest info. It is being held Sept. 25th to the 28th.

Muta is being Muted a little bit this year due to scheduling conflicts. We have planned it for the last weekend in September. Many of the Utah Mini owners will be heading down on Thursday the 25th of September, Staying until Sunday the 28th. Feel free to join us if you can.

After some discussion with a few peeps yesterday it sounds like there is interest in MUTA this year at the end of Sept. 25th-28th
This is NOT going to be a "planned" out club run. We will be winging it for the most part. I would be willing to call a hotel and see if we can get some discounted rates if enough people show interest. We will not be doing T-Shirts, flyers, booklets or anything else. This will be a bunch of people making a fun run to Moab and enjoying our cars, the arches, scenery and each others company
I imagine we will do a lot of the drives we did last year. Maybe spend a little more time in arches or something.
Things to count on:
Great freaking huge amounts of fun on the twisty's in canyonlands!
Great company!
Great views and ambiance unlike anywhere in the world!
Excellent scenic drives!
If your interested in going the last week of Sept. please say so here so we can get a list going.

Most of us are staying at the:
Rustic Inn

Rooms were going fast last I checked. People that came last year are more than welcome to stay at the same hotel or campground with us at the Rustic or anywhere you can find! They have some tour busses coming thru Moab so hotel space seemed very limited.
