This is my 3rd Gen 1 MINI, and I bought it in January so I’d have a car in Atlanta until I moved, knowing I’d need to sell it after only a few months. So I’ve moved, and now it’s time to sell my 2003 MCCS. The car has lived most, if not all of its life in Atlanta and is very clean and rust free. The mileage is super low, and the car is a beautiful example of an early, unadulterated specimen of the best MINI ever made. I’ve only driven it ~ 2,500 miles as I have a very short commute. It’s not perfect as no 15 year-old car is, and the headliner is still in place which is unusual for these early R53s. The car still turns heads (mine at least), runs great, pulls hard and corners flat. If you love to drive, you’ll love this car. The car needs nothing other than someone to drive it more than I do.

The good news is that it has a new Detroit Tuned remanufactured super charger and pulley, new intercooler, new power steering lines and new parking brake cables. It’s just been cleaned and waxed, and nearly anything you’d fear you might need to replace has just been done. The bad is that I was merged into in a low-speed incident shortly after I bought it, so the passenger door/window had to be replaced. The color match is perfect and you can’t tell except for some scrapes on the side skirt. Also, the e-brake boot is ripped, but I have a new one from Outmotoring that I just haven’t installed.
