2010 JCW Mini Clubman 6spd manual

putting this out there as a feeler to gauge interest.

I am looking at a couple of cars but need to get rid of my mini first.
75000 miles but still driven daily so that will go up (about 50m/day)
the pictures have two different wheels (you can take your pic or have them both)
everything in the car is mechanically sound. it has cpo warranty so i've taken it in for service any time i've suspected anything.
roof racks come with the car.

6 speed manual
near stock (only has catch can and k&n drop in filter)
harmon kardon system
heated seats
donut in the back with all tools to change the spare (got rid of runflats within a week of ownership)
front and rear fog lights
xenon lights
black leather interior ("leather")
jcw shift **** and alcantara boots for shifter and ebrake
all weather floor mats i think i have the carpet ones too.

almost forgot.. windshield has a crack in it. I can either replace before selling or refer you to someone who will replace it for you.
