I'm the second owner. I purchased the car in November of 2011. All maintenance and service done at MINI dealerships. I have all the service records and any MINI dealership can print out service records for the car as well since all the maintenance was done at dealerships. Last inspection (10/14) with new rear brake rotors and pads and new brake fluid. New pads and new rotors installed on the front last June. 4 Brand new rims and tires on the car in January thanks to a pothole. Haven't driven the car more than 50 miles since the new rims/tires were put on. I don't drive the car in the winter. There is nothing mechanically wrong with this car and it won't require any maintenance for at least 10k miles. This Clubman comes with upgraded interior package, cold weather package, sport package, USB / Bluetooth radio, convenience package (key stays in your pocket all the time never need it to unlock or start the car). You won't find another MINI Clubman with all these features.
