This R53 Mini Copper S has been adult owned and always garage kept. Car was never a daily driver. Wheels have zero curb rash. Body is perfect, no scratches, dings or dents! Interior is mint anthracite and grey. I had a new power steering pump installed along with a new hydro engine mount while it was in for an entire going over and fresh inspection.

This car was meticulously maintained, I have any and all the service records. I have had over 50 cars including Subaru STI's, VW R32, Honda S2000, VW Golf R, Audi TTs etc, etc and this car ranks up there with all of them in performance and handling. A pure drivers car for sure but most people viewing this on the forum already know that.

You need to provide the last 7 of VIN so those interested can use the BMW VIN Decoder to see what options are on the car.

You might want to use KBB or Edmunds TMV to verify how realistic your pricing is

This used to me my car. I owned this car from 2005 until I sold it to Rob (OP) in 2014.

It is a fantastic car and was always well cared for. During my ownership it spent winters on a battery tender and under a cover in my garage. It never had the same oil in its pan for more than 12 months and alway had bmw 5-30 in it. All body panels are original with the orignal paint (assuming it's still that way).

Since (op) has keep it in a garage and put limited mileage on it I'm confident this car will pass any PPI and is likely one of the cleanest pure sliver R53's around.

Buy with confidence!

BTW- Rob, you should note the break pads and rotors (front and rear) will likely measure betwee 80% to 90%thickness.

This way the windows are one touch to raise and lower, and the fog lights automatiically come on when the head lights are turned on.

Also, dont think it can hurt to put the VIN in your add, or at least post a picture of the window sitcker, it was given to you with all the records.

BTW- that car rarely saw snow or any bad weather. It spent most winters under a cover in the garage.

I am in York, PA about an hour and a half from Philly. I will probably take a run your way when the snow clears to talk with the Helix people about some performance upgrades. They seem to be the closest performance shop with a good reputation and experience on the Mini's.

I owned a yellow 2003 MCS many years ago and never forgot the fun I had driving it which is why I finally purchased another one. This one is in great condition for a 2005 with low miles and after looking around for some time and reading posts I decided on the R53 vs the newer ones. I almost pulled the trigger 2 weeks ago on a GP2 on eBay but couldn't justify the $28K to my wife..!! (with all the upgrades to it, it was worth the money).
