I have been absolutely in love with this car since day one, only reason I'm selling is I now have a second project car and can't afford both at the moment. Not easy to pick between the two, but have to go with the project for the time being (I tracked down and bought back the first car I ever owned, going to try fixing it up). Anyway, back to the Mini:

Bought in Dec 2009 with only 10k miles on it from the dealer, stayed low miles ever since. Clean title, no accidents. Exclusively serviced at the dealer. Just passed NY inspection in January (did a full brake pad replacement with fresh rotors up front). Automatic transmission.

Almost everything on the car works just fine, and as far as the interior goes it's like new (I've been doing annual trips to dealer for full detailing). Exterior is pretty good, but do have a couple small paint chips on the front and rear bumper. Nothing too major (especially by New York City parking standards).

That said, two outstanding items that do need fixes: radiator (small coolant leak, again nothing that's prohibiting using it but don't want to lie and pretend it's not there), and the panorama roof needs a good track cleaning.

That's really all though, like I said I've been in love and am extremely meticulous about taking care of it. After all, the most fun Mini is the one that still drives like new year after year.
