2005 Mini Cooper Convertible Chili Red For Sale
Tileczar, I think your asking price is spot-on. You may also want to consider editing your original post with your updated lower price so that people see that right away when they enter the thread (instead of having to scroll down to see the various price adjustments). I believe you may also be able to edit your original thread title to include the price, although I'm not 100% sure of that as I've never done it.
I would also very strongly second the suggestion to take your car by your nearest CarMax dealership and see what they'd offer you for it -- they buy people's cars to resell them, and it's a totally no-pressure situation, without any expectation that you're there for any reason other than to sell your car to them -- because many owners have found that they tend to be surprisingly generous in their assessments. You don't even have to worry about getting the car cleaned up or anything beforehand -- just take it as-is, without any appointment, and in less than hour they'll make you an offer for it. It can be the easiest and quickest way to get a fair price for a MINI you want to sell ASAP.
And if you'd rather continue to try to sell your car online, I'd strongly suggest the addition of pictures. It would also help for you to specify in your description whether the car has cloth, leatherette, or leather seats, what kind of wheels it has (presumably the R83 16" 5-stars, since it has the sport package -- again, a pic would tell us this so you wouldn't have to worry about knowing what an "R83" is), and what kind of tires are on it (make, model, confirmation that they're run-flats, and performance or all-seasons?).
I offer all that in a helpful spirit, not to nit pick or lecture or be condescending in any way. My condolences for your loss, and good luck on selling your MCC!
