I'm thinking of selling for $22K. I'd like to get feedback on what everyone thinks...

 

I just bought an '05 MCS with 10K miles, LSD, Sport, Cold Weather and Premium for $22.6 from a local, non-mini dealer. It had been advertised for $22.5 as private party. I had negotiated prices on two other '05's with similar options for $20K and $22.5K respectively. So $22K may be a good starting point, but you might expect to be closer to $20K.
