Now there's a proper name for a MINI fan. I saw one of the original Oversqueeze Motors Purple People Eaters running in a support-card race several years ago. Do you know if they're still running in vintage races?

Since I highly doubt I'll sell this on NAM, I'll open this thread for advice/criticism.

The car is listed on here, craigslist.com and Auto Trader and I've had NO interest. Got one voicemail from a computer that was working for a broker. Any ideas on another place to list it? I know everyone loves thier own car and thinks its priceless but I thought I was being reasonable with the price.

put it out in front of my house. it will sell in a few weeks.....cars always do. but it's also a bit of a off season time to sell a car. April is a bit better, but you did put OBO on it right? the price is not too far off in left field, it's always better to start a bit hi. the local paper maybe?

Stefanie, I think your price is very fair; the right buyer just hasn't found you yet (but they'll be psyched when they do!).

I sold my '03 CR Cooper (27k miles) in July, with just premium package, fogs, sport seats, Borla exhaust and Moss intake. My car had also had a new 5sp transmission put in at 15k, which I think was probably more of a negative than a positive, at least to the uninformed buyer. I got $16250. Your car has loads more options and aftermarket goodies, so I wouldn't come down much on the price just yet. I'm amazed that you haven't had any bites, especially with the S skirts and painted trim.

Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback guys!

A local dealership is interested in the car. I'll be meeting with him tomorrow. Depending on the meeting, the Cooper may be gone by this weekend.

Pity no one is in the market for a loaded 2003 CR/B Cooper right now. This is a fantastic car.
