Can anyone tell me if this car which was bought in Florida and all customized prior to arriving will meet emmisions in California or at least tell me how to find it out? Thanks...

 

They were all built to meet 50 state emission requirements. There should be a metal plate under the hood that says it meets CA emission requirements if you want to confirm.
