After much debate, I have decided to sell my beloved R53 and order a new R56. I know, I know, the R53 is and will contiune to be a great car--a car with a soul, right?--but, I feel like it's time to take a step into the unknown. So here is the vital information:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I bought this car from Northwest MINI in Tacoma, Washington and have loved every day of it. In fact, I love it and the MINI brand so much that I am buying a brand new one. Sadly, this one must go. The car has performed and continues to perform flawlessly and I have all the confidence that it will continue to do so. However, if you have any doubts, the original factory and service warranties are in effect and you can still purchase extended warranties to cover the unknown. I am a fanatic about keeping it clean! It has never been smoked in, nor have there ever been any pets in it—there is still a hint of that new car smell.

I have had all of the service performed by Rasmussen MINI in Portland as required by the MINI Service Warranty, which continues into January 2008. Included with regular maintenance, Rasmussen also replaced the flywheel on May 30, 3007 per a TSB, which included replacing the clutch. As a result, the clutch is essentially brand new and should provide many, many miles of enjoyment. I have all the paperwork for each service the MINI has had during my ownership.

Overall, the MINI is in GREAT condition and is mechanically sound—and remember, the factory warranty is in effect until January 2008, or 50,000 miles, along with MINI’s Service Warranty, which covers routine maintenance.

Although I have tried to be as thorough as possible, I am sure that I have forgotten to mention other features of the MINI, so please feel free to ask me! Nice looking Mini! I was looking at one locally just like it here in MA but it sold before I could get my STi sold. I will check to see if yours is still available once my STi sells and if so I'll chat with you some more.
