2012 RMVR Driving School
2012 RMVR Driving School
If we could get a few MINI folks interesting, I will try to get the RMVR folks out to a club meeting in early 2012.
Let me know, if this type of activity is of interest, this can be fun although it will be a bit more expensive down south with hotel, food, etc. Call it a fast road trip.
Some of our folks took advantage last year.

2012 RMVR Drivers School
The date for the 2012 Drivers School has been set- April 21-22, 2012. There are some changes from the schools of the past few years. This school will be a “stand alone” event for the first time since 2005. The venue has also changed. We will be using the great facilities at Pikes Peak International Raceway (PPIR) in Fountain, Colorado, which is right off of I-25 and just south of Colorado Springs.
As we have done for the past few years, we will be offering two distinct schools. For those that are interested in acquiring their RMVR Competition License, the Competition School will start you on your way to achieving a license that will allow you to participate in all of the RMVR races as well as race with many other vintage clubs around the country. You get two full days of track time, instruction, and classroom sessions for only $350.00. By the end of the weekend, you will have the skills necessary to control a race car at speed.
For those that are not sure if they want to race wheel to wheel or don’t have a race car yet, the Precision Driving School is for you. If you want to be a safer driver on the street with your everyday car or you have a high performance car and just want to get more out of it at track days or you want to let your inner Mario out and experience the thrill of track driving the Precision Driving School is perfect for those individuals. With two full days of track time, classroom sessions, and some of the best instructors in the state, the low cost of $250.00 makes this the best value around for any school.
It’s not too early to start planning on attending this fun and instructional event! Space is limited so sign up early. For additional information, contact Lynn Fangue- Chief Driving Instructor, 303 263-7920, lpfangue@yahoo.com.

Never to early to plan.
If you do sign up, post in this thread so folks will know who they can see.
If nothing else, folks might want to come down and watch some of the driving sessions.
