recently when i try to put my window, specifically the driver side as this has yet to happen on the other one, it goes all the way up, then lowers itself halfway back down to something like a kiddie window... then when i try to put it up again, it lowers itself a crack....


help me obiwan, you're my only hope!

 

Sounds like something that probably only the dealer can diagnose, especially if your MINI is still under warranty. Since it does not have a frame around the glass, it goes up/down about 1/2 inch when closing and opening the door. Again, I'd take it in to the dealer.

its happened to me a couple of times,i just ran the window down while holding toggle down
