Transwest Car Show
Again this year Transwest GMC is hosting a free Car Show for all makes and models. This was a fun, relaxed little show last year with about 150 cars. It would be fun to have more than just one MINI in the lot this year so think about it.
Here is the website for info and registration: http://www.transwest.com/carshow/
Located at 7911 E 96th Ave, Henderson, CO
Saturday August 23 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

So don't be bored - do something!

Well I was not bored this weekend. I went out to meet with Chuck and some folks at the TransWest Show. Nice!
Here is the link to some pictures I took, a few of Chuck's very well displayed MINI Cabrio. - TRANSWEST SHOW
We had a good little meeting, food from the vendor was good and the variety of the event's cars was a lot of fun.
Nice to meet with rudebox, phoenixascending and minimaybee. I ran into WWW and his daughter as the show was closing down. Still lots to see even at the end. Nice Corvette dragster!
Only a couple of drops of rain as I motored back over to Louisville. I tested the accuracy of the Mio GPS for the speedometer error on my MCS. New record from I76/E-470 to 96TH/E-470 and my speedo is still 5 off.

Wow, looks like fun!!!!
I wasn't board!!! Actually, I had to buy Bailey a new loveseat (yes, my bulldog gets her own loveseat, it's just easier that way, lol) so I found a really nice, all leather, black loveseat. When I got home I decided that it might look better if I painted, so I found this great color (mudpie, lol) and spent yesterday painting! Bailey's loveseat was delivered today. She's pretty happy about it!
I think that she's sticking her tongue out because she didn't get to pick out her own loveseat.. poor girl!! She's so abused! What do you guys think of the wall color? The loveseat is still pulled out because I need to do another coat of white on the baseboard and windowsills. It'll look better when I get it all back together.
