Ok well call me me ASAP and we can arrange something. 720-878-5485. or if you are going to the meeting on tuesday we can talk then let me know! i would recommend the ALTA Classic 15% because they do the exact same job as all the rest and is a great pulley, as well as they are selling them for $99.99 shipped. Also you will need a new belt. However i'd go to NAPA to save you on shipping. The part number from NAPA is NBH25060539 or NBH25060537 either one will work. The belt cost no more then $30.00, and they may also have like a heavy duty belt but that's not needed.
What navycav3 said is exactly true. you don't have a pulley on your car since its a R56. You have a turbo (im sure you knew that) witch is driven by your exhaust. A supercharger is driven by the serpentine belt and by reducing the pulley size (ie. 15%, 17%, or 19%) The engine remains at the same RPM while the supercharger is spinning faster. The MINI's roots S/C with the stock pulley creates a 7-8PSI boost level. With a 15% reduction pulley it raises the boost level from 8PSI to about 11PSI. With just that small increase of boost you will have about 15-20HP gain. From all the research i've done the 15% reduction is the most productive. Although the 17% and 19% create a higher boost level the air is a lot hotter and is some what counter productive. (When you compress air witch is what the S/C does it warms up) If you have any questions please call me. 720-878-5485
