Thanks Jonathan. Hope all turned out OK. We had about 8 inches of snow on the ground Sunday morning so MR MINI didn't want to go anywhere -- even with all-season runflats. We live near Wondervu at 9000 ft.

How 'bout them Rockies?!

Congrats go to all participants. Everybody gets a gold star for showing up in such foul weather. Didn't change the level of fun though did it (well except for those of us who would have preferred topless motoring).
And lets hear it for our Grand Prize winners:
Rich (rudebox) 206 points, Bridget 205 points and Shannon (sihunter) 194 points.
Each took home a very nice detailing kit provided by the club and Detailers Paradise (I'm really jealous).
Most participants also recieved swag donated by Ralph Schomp or the club. Thanks so much for that!
So most got lost a time or two, most were confused more than not and everybody got rained or snowed on. Good roads, interesting towns, nice fall foliage and plenty of great motoring (and I hope at least some of the music met with your tastes as well). Sounds like a good Yalla Yalla!
Thanks for participating. I'm looking forward to next year's!

This was our first Yalla Yalla too and LOOK!...We were grand prize winners! Anyone can do it! We didn't think we knew what we were doing but everything fell into place. Lots of fun, lots of laughs...ok some disagreements but overall it was a great time. All of our photos were on the cell phone...so we can try and post the "good ones" if anyone wants to see them. We even made it to our hockey game in Loveland and beat the Rocky Mountain Rage 4 - 2! Way to go Colorado Eagles...way to go Rockies! Rich and Teena (RUDEBOX)

We had SUCH a good time!

Thanks to the Organizers, you all put in some really hard work. It was MUCH appreciated!

We had a full MINI and laughed the whole way, we were all exhausted by the end of it!

Thanks, and we'll see you again next year!

We second that. Our thanks to the brain trust: Mike, Chuck, Jacob and Jonathan for their work before and during the event. This was my first time as a full participant, having been a helper for several previous YYs. My copilot and I had much heated discussion about several locations, interpretations, etc. Secretly she enjoyed the debate, but didn't show it. We didn't earn many points, but had fun hunting for the right photo items.

Start thinking about what you would do, as an organizer/planner for next year's Yalla Yalla!

Whaaaaa! I am so furious with that stupid marathon. I left extra early and still got trapped in Capitol Hill. It took me 50 minutes to go 3/4 mile. What a mess. Bumper to bumper traffic, runners on all sides, cops driving on sidewalks. Bites.
