I'm a bit tempted...how long has it been used for? And does it increase the turbo sound at all?

 

Used less than a month.
Since it goes in place of the stock air filter, You won't notice any or very little increase in turbo sound. Nor will you get any increase in turbo sound if you add a MINI JCW intake.
If your are looking to increase the turbo sound (BOV), you will need to go with something like the Alta Performance cold air intake or something with with a filter only (no enclosed filter). I tried one of those also, too much noise for me.
That is why I settled on the JCW intake - cone filter in a better designed enclosure.
