Defenders of Speed R55-thru-R61 V2 Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake Kit and precut Bulkhead for the R60/61- Performance/Track version

Everything that was included with the CAI but a small length of flexible hose will be included in this sale with the buyer receiving a bonus bulkhead that has already been cut to allow for the additional intake of air from the cavity in the bulkhead and cleaner for the AFE filter. Original install instructions included as well.

This thing performs well and looks badass. Tough to find one of these since Clint shutdown Defenders of Speed. The unit does have some wear and tear but nothing that is not fixable or will hinder performance. You will see the two issues in the pictures below. The first was a small crack in the plastic part of the intake that was sealed with a rubber compound. This was cracked upon arrival from Clint and fixed before the CAI ever went on the car. I never had an issue during the 40k miles that were driven with the CAI installed. The other issue being the hose that allows additional air from the bulkhead cavity to enter the intake was torn during uninstall. This can be easily replaced with any flexible automotive hose of the same diameter.
