SOLD. Up for sale is my Stainless Steel Remus Powersound muffler that I bought from a member here. Should fit R56-R59, but not sure. It had about 10k on it when I purchased, IIRC, and I may have put 30k more on it. It is still in GREAT condition. Really loved the sound, especially with the resonator deleted. It has the big 4 inch tips, and they are still in sweet condition, no road scrapes. The big tips really fill the rear bumper exhaust outlet! There are adjustable flaps before the tips so that you can "tune" the exhaust note. I always ran mine wide open, so not sure how much the sound actually changes if the flaps are closed to any degree. There is a section of my stock pipe welded to the front of the muffler, and a resonator-delete pipe in front of that. Total length right now is 86 inches. I can cut off the other pipe sections, which would leave the muffler and inlet pipe at a total length of 56 inches. Obviously, local pickup is MUCH preferred. I am in Riverside County, outside of Temecula. I work in Hemet, so pickup there is also possible. Can also meet somewhere within reason. I really loved the sound, but have gone with a new Borla system, something I always wanted. I honestly don't think the Borla sounds as good as the Remus did, but I still need to delete the Borla resonator. I do have a sound clip of the Remus on my 2011 MCS that I can email to anyone who is interested. PM me with any questions or requests for more info, pics, or the vid/sound clip. Looking to get SOLD. I do believe this setup was around $700.00 new, with the 4 inch chrome tips. No hurry to sell. I did clean most of the black soot off of the tips, but the rest is up to the new owner. Not cheap to ship, I get it! That's why I said I prefer a local transaction. Shipping to Texas came in at around 110.00, to Massachusetts, 140.00. If either one are still interested, have not heard. Let me now, guys. Even at 250 with 140 shipping, this is a 700.00 Stainless exhaust that sounds awesome. Honestly, if it does not sell, I may have a Borla up for sale. I think the Remus sounded better, but still have to delete the resonator on the Borla to decide. Not in a rush to sell, this Remus exhaust is however packed for shipping, ready to go. Want pics? Lemme know. I did an awesome job of protecting the tips and the body of the Remus muffler for shipping. Just let me know.....
