Just finished swapping in a JCW head among other projects and have some good used cylinder head parts, cylinder head, and an OEM exhaust manifold available now.

• OEM camshaft in good condition. $125 shipped.
  
• Intake and exhaust Rocker arms and rocker arm axles (not a complete set, a few of the plastic caps are missing on a few). $15 per arm shipped. If you want all, send me an offer.
  
• R50 cylinder head in good condition. Comes from the original owner, well-maintained, and never overheated. Never tracked. 169k miles. Was working fine when removed to install a JCW head. Can replace the valve stem seals before shipping out. $350 shipped.
  
• OEM exhauast manifold from an R50. 169k miles. Will work on all first gens. Good condition. Only issue is the bottom flange is bent. It was seized to the catback a few years ago, and the shop used heat to separate it which slightly bent the flange. It won't seal with a regular gasket, but Permatex muffler sealer seemed to seal it okay for me for a few years. I have some left over that I'll include. $20 + shipping.

the r50/r53 cams aren't the same, right?

That's correct. Cams, head casting, rockers are all the same. Only difference is the valves in the R53 use an upgraded material.
