77k from a 2007 MCS Auto. Just drove the car 300 miles and runs great (big dent in rear quarter panel so doesn't make sense to repair).

Engine is guaranteed to be in good condition and I will make videos or FaceTime the engine running and compression test to verify.

Compression tested all cylinders. All is good.
Asking $2975 for the engine OBO. I will replace the crank seal, rear main seal and walnut blast the intake at no extra charge.

Or take the whole car for $3500 OBO (which I prefer).

The car is driveable and all suspension parts in the rear that were
damaged were replaced from another MINI I have.
To get the car back in every day driveable condition the rear drivers side would need to be checked and most likely bent or stretched back to specs and then an alignment could be done. I also have any/all replacement parts if you intend to repair the dented the quarter panel and bumper. I would sell these parts at junkyard prices.
