Cam tower caps included - you can see them in the picture.
Camshaft and rocker arms are not included, but if you really need them I do have a set I could include. For those parts, there is no difference between a JCW and non-JCW head, so you could just your existing ones if they're in good shape.

Yes, still available. The part number is 11120301252. This is etched on the cylinder head from the factory, which you can see in photo 4.
