Well i give up, im reporting him to paypal, the authorities and the mods here. His pm box is full...again and he last replied to me he was sorry and was mailing it weeks ago and would even refund me some cash for the problem but obviously none of that happened... lesson learned, dont trust people on here when it comes to money. Its ashame to cause i never had this problem on mustang forums.

Wow very reputable company, how could he do such thing.

 

We are aware of this matter and a couple thing we are working are is; 1.) Putting a sticky up in all the sales area that details what might happen and if Paypal is used to always do via "Goods and Services", this will charge a fee but there is more protection provided. 2.) Creating a place that members are placed that does not cut them completely off from NAM so that if possible they can work the issue out and be allowed to post again.

I feel so sad reading this post. I always request buyers to pay me using 'Family & Friends' as I dont want Paypal to charge me for my work. Most of the times, people do, sometimes; they dont, and even fewer times, people pay extra to compensate for Paypal fees(I do not like this option either as I do not prefer the buyer to pay their hard earned money to Paypal).
And then we have situations created by members like iminir56, who, seem involved and legit until they finally ruin it for the rest of us. They flick like a light switch.

 

i always pay on goods and add the few$$$$ 3% or what ever. unless i know you had dealing with you that is the only way for me.

 

I factor the 3% into what i am willing to accept when i sell something.

 

That is the way PayPal says it should be. The people who say the buyer should add more money to the price are in violation of their PayPal agreement.

 

Well just an update to all, the issue is closed. The seller got ahold of me he had some personal issues i dont want to post but he has now shipped the item and provided me a tracking number.

Just in case i will post again when i receive the part so everyone knows.

i am stopping the paypal dispute as well. But at least now i know in the future how to use paypal the safe way. And thx to all on here for your help and advice
