I'd just order the color from automotivetouchup.com. They do a great job of color matching and it's closer than the factory pens. It will be a bit more than you were looking to spend due to shipping, but should be under $20. A used touch up pen that's been open for a while will probably be more likely to fail or gum up and blob on you. Not hat you can't use it, but it'll require a lot more work.
