WARNING: Do not buy from krawzdogg

Item Condition: Used

Hello, Just a warning not to buy anything from krawzdogg. He sold me a complete used suspension kit for an R56, claiming the set had 9500 miles on it. When I received it, 3 of the shock/strut assemblies were in good condition, but the 4th one did not match. All the parts were toast - everything - the strut bearings were black, the bumpstop was rotted, everything was rusted, and even the coil spring did not match. The strut mount had yellow salvage yard writing, so my guess is he bought a junker to complete the set so he could sell it. He is on this site a lot but will not return my messages anymore. All I asked is if he could partially refund my money so I could get a matching front spring. If anybody wants to send him a message not to screw with members, that would be great. Also, if any of you have a R56 front spring that matches either in the picture, I'll buy either so I have a set I can use.
Thanks for listening.

If you used PayPal to pay him, you can file for a buyer protection claim against him. I had a very similar thing happen to me and was able to recoup the cost of the suspension.

Good luck!

Paypal is very "buyer-centric" Most likely they will side with you. Good luck and thanks for the warning.

I had a NAMer sell me a set of Weathertech floor mats for $75+shipping, which he said he bought for $125. I assumed they were the molded ones because of the high price. Nope. When they shipped, they were the crappy rubber ones that you can buy new for $69 shipped. When they arrived they had what I hope was mud all over them. I messaged seller that he either overpaid or was pulling a fast one.

Small potatoes compared to your deal. Luckily most NAMers are good folks, and that was the worst transaction in almost 10 years on this site.
