Is this plug and play? Is anything extra required?

 

It is basically plug and play. The crossover box screws to door panel (third pic from left), the stock speaker wires (yellow) connect to the right-most terminals (middle pic), and the grey wires connect to the mains and tweeters.

The rears are straight forward. Remove stock speakers, connect the wires (watch for polarity), install speakers.

The set-up is all-inclusive; no additional item is required.
