Hi All,

The wife and I are moving on to a new dedicated auto-x vehicle so we have a bunch of r56 mini parts for sale. Most of them are pretty low mileage as the car didn't get driven much once it became the primary auto-x car. The big suspension items have already been sold to a local mini owner so the list of what we have left is below. I'm happy to take additional pictures if you can message me and tell me exactly what you're looking for a picture of. All stuff is located in Rockledge, FL. I'd prefer local buyers for most of this stuff but if someone is really interested I could be persuaded to ship some of the smaller items.

Trailer hitch

Description: This is a custom tig-welded trailer hitch that was built for a friend who was campaigning a D Stock mini on the national level and was traveling all over the country for auto-x events towing a tire trailer. The particularly awesome part about this trailer hitch is that there are two small brackets that permanently bolt to the car. The trailer hitch then just pins into place and then 4 easy to get to bolts hold it in place so it's easily removable. This means you can tow your tire trailer with all your stuff and then quickly get rid of all the extra weight that comes with a trailer hitch. This is welded out of stainless steel and is in fantastic condition. You could paint or powdercoat it if you wanted but it's been just fine as the bare finish. It just has a ball on it. You could have it modified with a hitch receiver but I don't know that I'd want to put a ton of tongue weight on it like you might if you had a hitch-mounted bike carrier and like 4 bikes (easily topping 150lbs tongue weight). It has towed a tire trailer from DC to Lincoln NE 3 times without any troubles and all over the east coast. Tire trailers typically have less than 100lbs tongue weight though so it's a not too hard on the brackets mounting the hitch to the car. This hitch also doesn't require modification to the body of the mini like many other hitch solutions. I'm happy to help the new owner install the hitch if a convenient time can be agreed upon. This has been confirmed to fit a 2010 with the Hypersport bumper kit as well as a regular cooper s body kit. I'm not sure about the newer R56 aero kits but I would bet it would fit just fine. However, fitment is still the responsibility of the buyer.

Hadn't thought about it yet. Make me a reasonable offer? Full disclosure on the harness... It's actually for an R53. We bought it before the R56 one was released and hoped we could make it fit. I don't know what the difference is between the r56 and r53 harness but this one bolted right into our car without any issues. It's red if color matters. It's also in great shape. Hardly ever used except for auto-x events and for the past year we've had the race seat in the car so we didn't use the quick fit harness.

I won't be selling the Bentley until the car has actually sold. Just in case I have to fix anything else before I sell it I'll PM you after the car has sold.

I'd like to be first in line for the armrest. Are you sure it will fit a 2010 R56 S? Will you ship it? I have a stock one in the car now. Thanks,

Sorry I was on vacation for the past few days. Best bet is to PM me so I get a notification on my phone.

Anyways rack will fit an R53. It is the 2145 fit kit which fits the 3-door hatch from 2003-2013 and the clubman. I have the original instructions for the fit kit.

 

Also... I'm going to be driving from Melbourne FL up to Washington DC to pick up two cars next weekend (25th). If prior arrangements are made I can deliver any of this stuff along the route (up I-95).

 

Still have this stuff. Kind of forgot about it. Prices dropped on the roof rack and trailer hitch (only things left). PM me for best response since I don't spend much time on the mini forums lately.
