Just a quick question. How long did it take for you to get your order from FES?

 

I'll answer that question. I ordered one last year March 11 2014 - Matt Richter Dr. Obnxs on NAM.... He called me the same day to say it would be a little while... I understood, and waited, but after several months and absolutely zero communication from Matt. Who I considered a friend, and had been nice to me over the years, hanging out at AMVIV and Laguna Seca on two occasions.... flaked big time. Eventually with no product and no communication, I disputed the credit card charge months later, and got my money back.

I know another person that placed an order and it took 6 months for him to get the invisalens product. Zero communication and then it just showed up, right before he was going to dispute his credit card order.

Dec 16, 2014 I reconnected with Matt Richter on facebook, and he said he would send me down a FES-AUTO Proshift light, and when he had the Proshift I/O in stock he would send that to me. I countered and said upon receiving the first unit I would pay for the more expensive unit, and return the first one to him. He said keep it as a spare. I have never heard another word from him, and never received anything from him. I also later ordered a unit through a distributor on the East Coast, and they placed my order along with two other units, but mine was a drop ship on the West Coast. They were told the unit would be ready on a Monday, and since then, no communication to either the East Coast distributor, or to me to repeated occasional attempts to get an answer.

It would appear that this guy is not in business, and possibly has a grudge against me, because the east coast dealer got the other two orders that were placed at the same time.

Last update as of today, the East Coast Distributor and I have had no communication from Dr. Obnxs.

I ordered in May of last year. No replies every from my request (email or phone calls). Got a USPS tracking number in July that never shipped and nothing since.
I tried ordering from WMW and they told me they were out of stock and haven't been able to refill stock.
