This is the exhaust manifold off my 2004 R53 JCW and came off when I had around 90k miles. Replaced it because it split into two pieces, separated at an apparent weak point above the cat (see picture to see where it is split). Prior to it blowing into two pieces, I had no codes and it was working great.

I purchased a replacement off this forum from a guy who had actually welded his broken one back together, as I could see his had the same issue. I've used the welded one this whole time since 90k miles and now I have 108k miles and absolutely no issues. I have finally realized maybe one of you might want it to modify or to simply weld it back together.

Since it's not a "out of the box" bolt-on part and will require welding to get it up and running and is "AS IS", I don't have an official asking price. I will have it up here for a bit and best offer gets it!

Mine broke just like that, and I welded it back up in the car. Still works great!

 

Mine also broke like that. Had a muffler shop weld it up... works great.
