I don't think the TPMS is the same.

I believe the wheels are these:
Wheel Part Number: #59570A r
Size: 16" x 6.5", 4 Lug, 100mm Bolt Pattern, 48mm Offset

According to TireRack.com the Goodyear Excellence is a grand touring summer tire not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

Uhhh yeah, they were used as a summer set.
