This tool was not used at all?

So this will not need to be reset by rmw?

Asking because used once and it's mated to your car only.

hi i don't know if its unlock or not, it came with the car when i bought it, and don't have further info, the car was never apparently tuned by previous owner.

If its not unlocked it will cost you a MINIMUM of $100 for Jan to unlock and he might charge more than that now a days.
