FS:: DiNAN R53 Strut brace mount
DiNAN R53 Strut brace mount
Selling a brand spanking new DiNAN Strut bar brace for the R53 MINI Cooper S
in brushed aluminum with carbon inserts and DiNAN embroidery
Still wrapped in its original factory packaging, I purchased it a while back thinking it would fit my Cooper R50 but just realized today the hood clearance wasn't enough after torquing the mounts on the strut tower...
Pm me or email for a quicker response:

I paid north of 300 for this thing
Wouldn't mind letting go of it for 250

I have this brace on my car and it is a first rate piece. The center of the hood will be raised slightly do to the insulation but will settle in after the insulation forms to it. Also if you think these braces don't do anything, try installing it with the front of the car jacked up then set it on the ground and loosen one end and see how far the brace moves.
The Dinan brace is nice, the only bad engineering to it is the end pcs. they are known to break, had it happen twice, once was a pothole hit the other time I don't know. I now have a M7 and it is a little more heavy duty seems a lot more solid.
