No, this is for the mounting bracket and (2) single Gauge pods/cups.

I asked because I only really want to install my boost gauge and that's it, don't really want/need a second gauge so I don't need 2 gauge pods/cups.

how come no one cares to know what their engine temp is at on these cars or am i missing something?

Scan Gauge 2... don't need any other gauges. Hell, I wouldn't even have a boost gauge, but I've read that the Scan Gauge doesn't read boost as well as a real time boost gauge.
