Right side "A" pillar cover with other parts

Category: Exterior
Price: $40
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): R55, R56
Location (Region): Midwestern
Item Condition: Brand New

I have a new Right (passenger) side exterior "A" pillar cover for an '07-'12 MINI Cooper Hardtop or Clubman. Also included is the foam "gasket" that goes behind it and all required clips...plus 2 extra.

Here's the story with these items....I was away from home in another state and my passenger side window was bashed in at night by a thief. The MINI dealer there replaced the window for me and also replaced this trim as it had also been destroyed in the incident. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the cover that they installed is very slightly warped along the door-side edge. You really have to look at it notice it as it is very slight. It appears that it was either a manufacturing defect of perhaps a box or something was placed on top of it in storage. It fits fine and I was just going to leave it alone until I noticed that the dealership I had do the repair never even charged me for it. So, I purchased a new one and all the necessary parts (gasket, clips) here locally at home to replace this one again and have insurance reimburse me for it.

As you can see in the third photo, if you look down the edge of the trim piece towards the furthest end (would be towards the roof on the door-side edge when installed), you can see the warping in one spot. When it is on the car, it is hardly noticeable. It fits perfectly with no issues.

The A pillar trim itself usually goes for about $70 new and the foam gasket for about $30. I'd like to get $40 for everything plus shipping. If you are in need of a new cover and don't mind a slightly flawed one, that's a smokin' deal...less than half price!

Please PM with interest or questions. Again, asking $40 OBO plus shipping.

Open to offers!!

Thanks for looking.
