The exhaust is brand new from the cat to the muffler. The muffler has about 20k miles with only i was forced to replace the resonator back because of damage. Because the two pieces are held together By a clamp it is already set up for oneball mod or if u need an exhaust Because of a rotted exhaust or a leak.u get oem quality for cheaper than ebay knock off exhausts so keep ur mini sounding right
