I've had this installed for two weeks or so, works great. Definite improvement, and with so many settings you can really dial it in to your driving style. However, I'm going a different route.

Looks like this will work on almost all models of Mini, not just the R56.

 

They will work on both the r53 and r56s, I have one on each.
