Very interested

How many miles on the car when you took it off? Should fit my 03' Mini cooper S... My cat is bad and if I can avoid the 1200 dollars for a new one...

Let me know.

Only 17K, but this car has been a SSB race car most of it's life. Shouldn't really affect the life of the cat but I just wanted to let you know that. Never had any problems with it cat codes etc... Reason for taking it off is that I changed classes in SCCA and can now use a race header.

Steal of a deal. When your pre-cat breaks (as it will, as was mine) and now most of us R53 drivers are ex-8 years/80k miles emissions extension, you WILL need a new header, as you can't weld a broken pre-cat.

Luckily I have my spare, a new one MINI provided for me when mine broke. Running Milltek header with 200 cell cat and Milltek exhaust, but still have my nearly brand new OEM one just in case.... Cheap insurance to have a backup if you intend to keep the car for a long time....
