So then...
We met at the Boston Market which was ajacent to Perkins in Toms River. We then crept over to Saltys. The food was decent and they certainly gave more then 3 peices of bacon.
Then over to the park and admission was infact free as my folks had mentioned.
Then it was over to seaside for the classic car show. The car show attendant told me that they didn't have any parking for non-show cars so I had the bright idea to ditch the MINI at the parents vacation home and get a mountain bike. I let everyone know what I was up to.
Came back and I couldn't find anyone. I laped the car show at least 5 times each way and nothing. I didn't have anyones phone numbers either so I have no way of finding out what happened to everyone. I later found that the car show attendant lied. There was a huge lot where the circus usually sets up that had plenty of room for 5 MINIs, probably enough for 500! This lot was right next to the show, I had forgotten of its existance. Doesn't matter anymore though.
I did however get to see a classic Porsche with magnetic (or vinyl) stone guards just like what I have for Clown. There was also two Delorians unfortunatly both were without the flux capaciter option. Also was a Dodge Viper from 08. This was the first time I saw this famed Viper, its simmilar to a corvette except nicer looking and with very cool gadges. Lastly was a real anceint Porsche. Not sure of the model but in a book I'm reading this type was affectionatly called an "inverted bathtub". Unfortunatly I left the camera with the clown. I was also able to find this goofy looking hat that I was looking for all summer, it has road signs all over it and looks very 80s nuwave.
Jim, I hope you had a good weekend. I'd love to do stuff to my car now but it will have to wait till next spring.

Wish we had your # Steve... We circled and could not find parking without paying so we all split up and went our seperate ways... I followed Ed & Dorothy up to Atlantic Highlands along the shore roads. Got home about 4:15pm. It was great to meet new & past friends. Thanks again for a great time and tour of Seaside and Island State Park... you were born to lead!
I posted the pics & video :

And vice versa. I'm going to send you a PM with my email and cell #. This will prove useful for next weekend since your going to be at the clown fest too.
Bummer! Shame you guys didn't find the massive lot. I totaly forgot of its existance. Also if you guys didn't mind crossing traffic you could have parked in Ortley and walked over. It wasn't that far I found from taking the bike.
Then again I would have been more bumed out if I heard you guys went to Sonic in Waretown because I so want to go there.
Ditto it was enjoyable. Thanks for posting the pictures. I still have yet to get photos of Manny's "Da Works" from the south plainfield ghetto car show online so I'm way behind with my photo uploading.

My fantasy dash would be to make it look like a Ferrari. Meaning stitched suede leather all over the dash and cetain door areas, not on the metal areas but the black plastic areas. That would look cool but theres other things I'd rather do with the car.
