Grille badge
hi folks,
here is an update: I have found a local company that has made lots of car magnets for people like the school district and local not for profits. The magnets do not appear to be too expensive to produce but I am trying to see what the lowest, minimum quantity is to produce and what that would mean per unit price. So, I need to get with the M2C2 bosses to see if there is a budget since my budget at the moment is non existent! But, my guess is that badges would not be more that a two to three dollars if the club "sold" them. Anyway, more news coming soon...sorry for all the delays!

Thanks, Jose and the real artist, for the work. The design looks great to me and Ann. Only problem is the word "Club" is missing around the periphery. That's where the "C2" comes from in M2C2.

ooops, okay, we will clean this up, add the word "club" (don't know how I missed that!) and get this going.
we have two options: go with a local production house or go online with cooper flags. both probably work out to be about the same in terms of final price per unit (the price we would pay individually) but the online route let's us produce fewer (this might be good so that we are not stuck with a ton of them). more info coming soon......

okay, cleaned it up and added "club." I will be back with more details once I get some info from the printers. go back to the blog if you want to see the revised image.
I will look into stickers--have not had a chance to research that yet.

alright folks
I have been looking around and we have one of three options: 1. buy 150 of these things and hope that we (I) sell enough to recover the costs (local vendor); 2. purchase 36 of these a about 5 bucks a piece from cooper flags (at the moment, I have only about 10 or so folks who want badges); or, 3. upload the image onto cooper flags site and sell them individually for 7 bucks a piece.
I am leaning towards just putting the logo on cooper flags' custom badge page and letting us just get them off their site (I don't have the funds to front a large order right now).
A few folks asked about stickers--I have not yet looked into that. One person asked about a metal badge and I have not looked into that either. I will do more homework on those fronts next week.
