Anybody want to go to this? If we can get a group together we might be able to go out on the same session. I'll contact them if I get enough responses.

Just found out that these are paced laps and not hot laps so not quite as exciting...but supposedly they can be fairly quick and should still be fun.

HOLIDAY LAPS BENEFIT AT VIR

Here's your opportunity to take your car out on the historic VIR track and help the Danville Salvation Army. Holiday Laps will be held on Friday, November 12 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with last group taking the track at 3:30. The cost is $25 per session with each session lasting 20-25 minutes. Donations of $25 in cash, unwrapped toys or non-perishable food items will be accepted.

The donations are tax deductible. There will be raffles held throughout the day. TMI Auto Tech will be on hand to offer rides in the Ariel Atom for $10 per ride. There may even be a visit from Santa again this year. F & S Photography will be giving a free 8x10 color photo to every car that participates. I don't know if anybody went, I wasn't able to go myself because of work.
