Graziano's - This tiny little Italian place in Simpsonville. The entrées are decent and the prices are good. The special part happens at dessert. At the counter there is a great big case full of homemade cheesecakes, and not just the standard New York style either.

Greenville: (1) Taco Casa on 291 near E. North for good inexpensive Mexican. (2) Pebble Creek Pizza (delivery/carryout only) at the corner of Haywood & Pelham for the best pizza in town.

Charlotte: (1) The Penguin for burgers. (2) New Zealand Cafe for Asian fusion and sushi. (3) Napoli Pizza on Monroe Rd.
