Of course, knowing the strange logic of the DMV, I'm sure the Mini E would somehow fail the smog test, since a zero reading would completely throw a wrench in the computer.

It's a good day

Today my HOV stickers arrived- that was a lot quicker than I expected! Looks like the DMV has their process sorted out. Thanks for the pics Peder, my stickers were similarly placed. I'm sure they will get used this weekend!
