Yesterday, after five months and 2800 miles in my MCS I began to feel the wheel shake when turning and hearing high pitched squeals when I turned my wheel. It continued today, and I checked my power steering fluid to find that it was practically empty! I have a pretty bad leak and I'm very upset. I can't even get an appointment at the mini center until next week! Grr!!! This is my first real problem with the car, and I hate to be angry at it, but it's just very frustrating. Hopefully, Tommy will feel better by next week - he can't miss The Italian Job!

i would recommend not driving it too much, if you can help it.

my Power Steering Pump completely burned up (taking a hard-to-replace fuse with it) at only 1300 miles. and it took me 3 days to get an appointment at the dealer, and another week to fix it!

good luck!
